Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, identifying hardware and software issues with precision.Perform intricate component-level repairs, such as screen replacements, battery swaps, and charging port fixes, using specialized tools.Troubleshoot and resolve complex software glitches, operating system errors, and app compatibility problems to restore full device functionality.Conduct thorough quality assurance checks after repairs to ensure all issues are resolved and devices meet performance standards. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in electronics or a related field is a plus.Mobile Repair Technician are highly valued.Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience repairing mobile devices in a professional setting.Familiarity with various mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and their common troubleshooting methods.
