MIS Executive / Data Analyst

MIS & Reporting : Consolidate, clean and analyse daily/ weeekly/ monthly operational data from multiple branches. Prepare and present concise MIS reports and dashboards to senior management. Software Support: Act as the first line of support for branch level software issues,user access , glitches and system errors. Coordinate with external tech vendors for quick resolution. Data Security: Maintain strict access controls and user permissions across systems. Audit branch data entry practices to ensure compliance with company security protocols and data backup rules.
