Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS responsible for data collection, reporting, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in stakeholder management, and the ability to drive reporting efficiency and data accuracy across functions. Key ResponsibilitiesMIS analyst responsible for creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports/dashboards. Understand business objectives and provide insights by transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.Develop and automate reports to track KPIs, SLAs, and productivity across business units.Ensure timely delivery of accurate MIS to relevant stakeholders.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, HR, product, etc.) to gather reporting requirements.Maintain data integrity and standardization across reporting platforms.Identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and reporting processes.Provide guidance, training, and quality control for the MIS team.Present periodic summaries and insights to senior leadership.Should ready to work in night shifts or any shifts requested by the leadership teamShould be ready to work from office to support the delivery & leadership team Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), VBA Macros, MS Access, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Team management and mentoring capabilities.Ability to handle large data sets and work under pressure with tight deadlines.Exposure to automation tools (e.g., VBA, Google Apps Script, Python) is an added advantage.Preferred AttributesDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to data accuracy and reporting consistency. Strong business acumen with a data-driven decision-making mindset.Prior experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
