MIS Analyst (FROM IT)

About the Opportunity A fast-scaling tech-enabled business intelligence and operations analytics firm, we specialize in transforming raw IT and business data into strategic, automated dashboards and real-time operational insights for enterprise clients across India. Our MIS analysts bridge the gap between IT systems and business decision-making—turning complex datasets into actionable intelligence that drives efficiency, accountability, and growth. Role & Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated MIS dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel pivot tools to visualize key operational and IT performance metrics. Extract, clean, and validate data from ERP, CRM, ticketing systems, and SQL databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to define KPIs, translate business needs into reporting requirements, and surface data-driven recommendations. Automate recurring reports and alerts using VBA, Power Query, or Python scripts to reduce manual effort and improve scalability. Conduct monthly variance analysis, trend monitoring, and root-cause investigations to identify operational bottlenecks and efficiency gains. Present analytical findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and narrative summaries, enabling data-backed strategic decisions.
