MIS Analyst

About the role This MIS Analyst role is hands-on and delivery-focused. Expect to spend your time producing accurate MIS and automating the recurring reporting cycle, working primarily in Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI. You will own your outputs end to end — from the data pull and the sanity checks to the final recommendation. Candidates from any recognised university are welcome. • Graduation year: 2023–2026 batches. Freshers and final-year students awaiting results may apply. • Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA in the highest qualification (indicative — strong practical skills can offset this). • Experience: 0–3 years in analytics, reporting, MIS or a closely related function. • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, MIS Reporting, VBA / Macros, Pivot Tables. • Soft skills: structured thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, ownership and the confidence to flag a number that looks wrong.
