Applications are open for the MIS Analyst position at CoinSwitch in Jabalpur. You will join a working MIS and reporting team, own a defined set of reports and analyses end to end, and see your findings turn into decisions that people act on. About the role This MIS Analyst role is hands-on and delivery-focused. Expect to spend your time producing accurate MIS and automating the recurring reporting cycle, working primarily in Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI. You will own your outputs end to end — from the data pull and the sanity checks to the final recommendation. Key responsibilities • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS for business functions • Automate recurring reports with Excel, SQL and Power BI • Validate data accuracy and reconcile against source systems • Maintain reporting trackers and management dashboards • Handle ad-hoc data requests within agreed turnaround • Validate and reconcile numbers before they are published, and document known data caveats • Automate recurring reporting so the team spends its time on analysis rather than refreshes • Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, plain language Required skills and tools • Advanced Excel • SQL • Power BI • MIS Reporting • VBA / Macros • Pivot Tables • Data Cleaning • Report Automation • Data Validation • Google Sheets • Attention to Detail • Communication Eligibility criteria • Education: B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/BCA/B.E./B.Tech/MBA or an equivalent degree. Candidates from any recognised university are welcome. • Graduation year: 2023–2026 batches. Freshers and final-year students awaiting results may apply. • Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA in the highest qualification (indicative — strong practical skills can offset this). • Experience: 0–3 years in analytics, reporting, MIS or a closely related function. • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, MIS Reporting, VBA / Macros, Pivot Tables. • Soft skills: structured thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, ownership and the confidence to flag a number that looks wrong. Salary and compensation • Annual CTC: ₹3,10,000 – ₹6,70,000 per year (3.1 LPA – 6.7 LPA), an indicative market range for this role in Jabalpur. • Monthly equivalent: approximately ₹41,000 per month at the mid-point of the range. • Currency: INR (₹). • Performance bonus / variable pay as per CoinSwitch's policy, reviewed annually. • The exact offer is confirmed by CoinSwitch based on your interview performance and current compensation.
