MERN Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in MERN Full Stack development and/or Python-based applications to join our growing team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable web applications, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities · Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js and/or Python (Django/Flask). · Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services. · Create responsive and reusable frontend components. · Integrate third-party APIs and services. · Debug, test, and optimize application performance. · Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards. · Collaborate with QA, design, and product teams. · Support deployment and post-release maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT (or equivalent experience). · 1–3 years of relevant industry experience. · Strong command of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js OR Python (Django/Flask). · Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. · Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems. · Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization. · Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus. · Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) · Experience with Next.js, Redux, or modern frontend tools. · Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). · Experience with payment gateways, third-party APIs, or microservices. · Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
