Medical Director, Chronic Weight Management

Supporting the development and delivery of the global medical affairs strategy, the full-time remote Medical Director, Chronic Weight Management will manage evidence generation, medical communication, and external engagement while providing scientific and strategic support throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Global Medical Asset Lead to execute the global medical affairs strategy for Chronic Weight Management assets across all product lifecycle phases Drive medical input into product lifecycle management, including launch readiness and evidence dissemination Identify scientific evidence gaps and contribute to the development of global evidence generation plans Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 4 years of medical affairs experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of medical affairs experience At least 4 years of leadership experience in managing teams or projects MD/DO, PharmD, or PhD with significant experience in Medical Affairs preferred Deep expertise in obesity, chronic weight management, or cardiometabolic diseases Experience supporting global medical affairs strategies across multiple stages of the product lifecycle
