Position SummaryStep into a pivotal role as a Care Navigator on our Mental Health team, where your contributions will directly support mental health professionals and patients with compassion and efficiency. As a Care Navigator, you’ll serve as a key patient support liaison, often becoming the first point of contact for new members. RequirementsCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in mental health settings preferred.Minimum of 2 years MA experience working in a healthcare setting required.Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.Familiarity with scheduling software and patient management systems.Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer.
