Job description

About Us

Eterio Realities Inc. is a software company in Victoria, British Columbia, building augmented reality tools for industrial manufacturing. Our story began in 2010, out of challenges encountered during the construction of the Sparkling Hill Resort in Vernon, B.C.

Today we’re a team of 30+ across Canada and India, and growing! We have built FabStation, an AR-enabled manufacturing execution system used by 250+ fabrication shops in 30+ countries. FabStation replaces paper and 2D drawings on the shop floor with AR-guided assembly, dimensional inspection, and production tracking, and it integrates with the workflows shops already run. Our mission is to empower steel fabricators with innovative augmented reality technology, revolutionizing the way they work.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Event Management and Social Media) to manage and coordinate FabStation’s participation in industry trade shows from end to end. You will also help shape our social strategy and maintain quarterly social calendars across LinkedIn and other channels. This role focuses on maintaining a strong brand presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Sales Managers to create and run promotional initiatives that build brand awareness and help grow the sales pipeline.

What You Will Do

Event Management (Trade Shows and Virtual Events)

  • Manage a yearly calendar of FabStation’s trade show participation. Handle new event requests and book all events in a timely manner.
  • Make sure every part of trade show and event booking runs smoothly and give leadership weekly updates on upcoming events.
  • Work directly with the sales and marketing team on day-to-day trade show arrangements, including booking booths, logistics, printing, digital campaigns, and general administrative support.
  • Communicate independently with internal and external partners attending trade shows and get them information in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and fulfill incoming marketing requests, prioritizing those aligned with lead generation and sales objectives.

Social Media and Content

  • Manage and execute the social media calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Post engaging, brand-consistent content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms on a regular weekly schedule.
  • Produce engaging video content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms, using AI tools as a core part of your workflow.
  • Work with videographer to create short-form and long-form videos for trade shows, the website, and promotional campaigns using internal video shoots, AI-generated clips, and product videos.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including print advertising, brochures, and direct mail.
  • Design graphics for digital tiles, social posts, and digital invitations using Canva and AI tools (e.g., Claude).

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination and social media management in a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience organizing and coordinating events, from planning to execution.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (or other CRMs), Canva, CapCut, Descript, and other video editing tools.
  • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude or Copilot in daily workflows, from running reports to creating new content.
  • Willingness to learn new content creation tools, send surveys, and arrange customer interviews.
  • Ability to create promotional content and develop marketing assets (videos, flyers, brochures, invitations).
  • Versatility and initiative, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Some travel is required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: $55,000-65,000 CAD
  • Comprehensive benefits
  • 2 weeks paid vacation plus 5 paid sick days
  • Annual company offsite
  • $2,000 CAD tech stipend
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Company-wide holiday week closure over Christmas
  • Continuous coaching for career growth

Thank you to all applicants. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted, and everyone we interview will hear back from us on the outcome.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for FabStation. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
