Job description

Are you a creative, people-first marketer who knows how to build communities people actually want to be part of? Mondosol is looking for a Marketing & Community Coach to grow our brand, engage our audience, and create a thriving space for language learners and educators worldwide.

This is a unique role at the intersection of marketing, education, and community — perfect for someone who loves both strategy and human connection.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create compelling copy, visuals, and video content that reflects Mondosol's voice and mission
  • Engage with our community of learners and educators: respond to comments, host events, spark conversations
  • Design and manage online events, webinars, and live sessions on Google Meet
  • Identify growth opportunities through community feedback, trends, and data
  • Support the onboarding of new teachers and learners into the Mondosol ecosystem
  • Collaborate with language teachers to co-create content that showcases their expertise
  • Track community metrics and campaign performance and share actionable insights

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce or direct engaging content
  • Self-starter attitude: comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection, computer with webcam and microphone for Google Meet

Nice to Have:

  • Experience growing online communities from the ground up
  • Background in education, e-learning, or language learning
  • Skills in graphic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or paid social advertising
  • Multilingual abilities (Italian, French, Norwegian, or other languages a plus)

What We Offer:

  • A creative, mission-driven role with real impact from day one
  • 100% remote — work from anywhere in the world
  • Freelance flexibility — set your own schedule and rates
  • The chance to shape the voice and culture of a growing language learning community
  • A passionate, multilingual global team to collaborate with
  • Early-stage opportunity: grow with us as we scale

At Mondosol, community is everything. Join us and help build something people love.

Mondosol is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.

Mondosol is a fast-growing online language learning community that connects passionate educators with learners around the world. Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Mondosol. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
