The Opportunity As a Major Gifts Officer, you will play a central role in shaping and advancing PPMM’s major gift program for both our 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations within your assigned region. You will manage and grow relationships with donors capable of giving $10,000–$100,000+, serving as a strategic partner, storyteller, and steward. This position offers: Autonomy to build and manage donor relationships your way Visibility and influence as a senior representative of PPMM Collaboration with leadership, volunteers, and a seasoned Development Team Missioncritical impact at a pivotal moment for reproductive rights What You’ll Do Lead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift donors and prospects. Develop and execute regional fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals and best practices in moves management. Build and manage a portfolio of major donors with care, intention, and longterm vision. Create individualized engagement and solicitation strategies that connect donor values to organizational priorities. Represent PPMM to influential donors, community leaders, and public audiences as a senior fundraiser. Partner with leadership and volunteers on meaningful donor engagement opportunities and solicitations. Ensure exceptional stewardship, including timely acknowledgment, impact reporting, and recognition. Track donor activity and progress using fundraising software and contribute to thoughtful goalsetting, forecasting, and reporting. Plan donor meetings and cultivation events with support from the Development Team.
