Bring your expertise in marketing analytics and business intelligence to a role where you’ll turn complex Adobe Analytics data into clear, actionable insights that help shape reporting, measurement, and strategy. This remote Lead BI Analyst opportunity offers the chance to build scalable Power BI solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and support executive-level decision-making. Responsibilities Translate Adobe Analytics data into meaningful insights across acquisition, engagement, revenue, and overall marketing performanceCombine performance data from paid media, CRM, ecommerce, web, and app channels into unified reporting storiesLead recurring reporting discussions with stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and executive reviewsAnalyze attribution, cohort trends, and performance metrics to support business decisions and optimization opportunitiesDesign and deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions, including semantic models, DAX development, and dashboard visualizationBuild executive-ready dashboards that serve as a reliable source of truth for reportingImprove fragmented reporting processes by creating scalable BI frameworksWrite advanced SQL to transform, validate, and analyze large datasetsCollaborate with data engineering teams in Snowflake, Azure, or BigQuery environmentsPartner with marketing, engineering, and business leaders to define KPI standards and measurement frameworksLead client-facing analytics conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism Skills 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics consulting3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX development, and governanceDeep working knowledge of Adobe AnalyticsStrong SQL skills with experience handling large-scale datasetsExperience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executivesStrong data storytelling, visualization, and reporting skillsAbility to connect technical analysis with business outcomesPortfolio or work examples that demonstrate Power BI dashboard design and reporting strategy Preferred Skills Experience working in an agency or client-services environmentFamiliarity with Snowflake, Azure, or BigQueryExperience supporting modern marketing measurement and attribution approachesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsStrong communication skills and a thoughtful, consultative approach to problem-solving Horizontal is committed to fostering a workplace where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are valued and respected.
