Job description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney, Australia but we engage our Contractors all over the world to help us meet our crazy big goals. As a Contractor at Canva you can work remotely in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, meaning you have ultimate flexibility, however there will be some element of travel. Wherever works for you, works for us. Please note, this is a 12-month contract with full time hours.

What you’d be doing in this role

As a K-12 Education Account Manager for Vietnam, you will collaborate with the Ministry of Education and Training, Provincial Departments of Education and Training, and other Vietnamese school systems, IT departments, curriculum leads, and education influencers to ensure widespread adoption of Canva’s tools. You will play a critical role in enabling educators to maximize the platform’s impact while building relationships that foster sustained usage.

At the moment this role is focussed on:

  • Own the school system engagement lifecycle – from strategy, prospecting, and onboarding to ongoing adoption and impact measurement.
  • Foster relationships with Vietnamese education stakeholders (school system administrators, IT teams, curriculum leaders) to support seamless Canva integration.
  • Serve as an ambassador of Canva Education, guiding teachers and educators in using the platform effectively.
  • Provide strategic support to school leaders, helping them leverage Canva for curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development.
  • Analyze adoption metrics and usage trends to identify new engagement strategies and optimize customer experience.
  • Champion Canva’s brand at education events, conferences, and workshops, advocating for creative learning with digital tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance Canva’s K-12 education offerings.

What we’re looking for
This role is best suited to someone with an established understanding of Vietnam’s K–12 public education landscape and experience working directly with Provincial or City Departments of Education and Training (DOETs). You’ll bring trusted relationships with education-system decision-makers and know how to navigate the pathways needed to introduce, onboard and drive sustained adoption of technology across schools at scale.

You're probably a match if

  • You have existing relationships with DOETs, public-school systems, government education stakeholders or K–12 EdTech networks in Vietnam
  • You have experience securing access to, and building credibility with, education-system leaders and decision-makers
  • You have demonstrated success driving technology onboarding, adoption and usage across multiple schools or districts
  • You have a strong understanding of how Vietnamese public-school systems operate, including the stakeholders, approvals and practical considerations involved in system-wide implementation
  • You have experience in K–12 EdTech, education technology implementation, education partnerships or government/public education environments

About the team

The K-12 Education Account team is at the forefront of Canva’s expansion into schools and educational institutions. Our mission is to support teachers, school administrators, and system leaders in leveraging Canva for Education to transform learning.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Canva. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
