Junior Full Stack Developer

About the Role Byte Advisory is looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with strong frontend development skills to help turn automation systems into polished, usable, and responsive internal and client-facing products. This role is suitable for an early-career developer who has practical experience building applications with React.js or Next.js and wants to develop stronger skills in frontend implementation, API integration, automation workflows, testing, deployment, and product development. You will work closely with senior developers and project team members to build dashboards, internal tools, demo environments, audit pages, calculators, workflow interfaces, and lightweight client-facing applications. Key Details Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Hybrid or Remote depending on candidate) Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, aligned with US client hours Type: Full-time / Contract Probation: 3 months Candidate must have their own computer and a stable internet connection, as computers are not provided during probation. Responsibilities Develop responsive frontend applications and user interfaces. Build and maintain reusable components using React.js and Next.js. Convert designs, wireframes, or project requirements into working interfaces. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and automation workflows. Build dashboards, forms, calculators, audit pages, and internal tools. Help turn raw automation workflows into usable client-facing products. Configure and test chatbot demos, outreach tools, audit outputs, and workflow interfaces. Set up and maintain demonstration environments for internal teams and prospective clients. Review lead lists, audit results, personalization outputs, and system-generated content for accuracy. Assist with frontend testing, bug identification, and troubleshooting. Work with backend developers to resolve integration issues. Ensure applications work properly across desktop and mobile devices. Improve usability, loading performance, responsiveness, and visual consistency. Support deployment, version control, and implementation activities. Maintain clear technical documentation and assist with the creation of repeatable SOPs. Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers. Learn and apply software development best practices. Requirements 2+ years of professional software development experience. Practical experience with React.js. Familiarity with Next.js. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. Experience connecting frontend applications to APIs. Familiarity with Git and version control. Ability to build mobile-responsive interfaces. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles. Experience building at least one complete web application, whether professionally, independently, or as a university project. Ability to troubleshoot errors and learn unfamiliar tools. Strong attention to detail and willingness to test your own work. Good written and spoken English. Ability to work collaboratively and respond professionally to feedback. Comfortable using time-tracking and project management software. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or backend development. Experience with Tailwind CSS or another frontend framework. Familiarity with low-code or no-code automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier. Experience deploying applications using Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or similar platforms. Experience building dashboards, SaaS interfaces, chatbots, or internal tools. Familiarity with TypeScript. Basic understanding of databases and authentication. What Success Looks Like Frontend interfaces are responsive, usable, and visually consistent. Components are reusable and organized. API integrations work reliably. Bugs are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently. Demo environments are polished and dependable. The developer responds well to feedback and steadily becomes more independent. Work is tested before it is submitted for review.
