Title: IAM Operations Analyst - Information Security Analyst II
Duration: 24-month contract
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: Up to $35/hr on W2 (All-inclusive / no benefits)
Job Description:
The Information Security Analyst is responsible for the operations, administration, and governance of the enterprise security solutions and processes. Supporting Access Operations (IAM Operations)
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, governance, and operational management of enterprise identity and access management platforms. This role is responsible for user lifecycle management, access
provisioning, role administration, identity governance, authentication support, and compliance activities across the organization's technology environment.
The IAM Operations Analyst works closely with Human Resources, Information Security, Infrastructure, Application Support, and Business Teams to ensure appropriate access is granted, modified, and removed in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and
the principle of least privilege.
This position supports core IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta, and related identity governance
and authentication solutions.
Skills
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: • Three (3) years of experience conducting various system audits and working with external vendors, conducting information security risk assessments and/or experience related to information security, business continuity, or disaster recovery.
•Knowledge of at least one (1) common information security management framework, such as HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, NIST, COBIT, and/or ITL. • Detail oriented • Critical thinking • Strong analytical skills • Problem sensitivity • Ingenuity • Project management skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build collaborative relationships • Attention to detail Preferred Skills: • System analysis experience • Project management experience • Data testing and/or software application testing

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of degree, minimum five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
One or more of the following certifications is preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
Okta Certified Administrator
Okta Certified Professional
SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer
SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer
CompTIA Security+
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years' experience Identity and Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or Information Technology Operations.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, or equivalent identity management platforms.
Experience performing user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications.
Experience supporting Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity synchronization issues.
Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege access models.
Experience working with ticketing and workflow management systems.
Experience supporting user access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit requests.
Strong understanding of identity governance and access management concepts
