Apply now and take the next step in your HR career with Kaku Food!Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to programs.Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, training records, and recruitment metrics.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement and development initiatives.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and training, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.sbs/form/jobs
