Job description

Role: Run Radity's operating rhythm for the CEO, from priorities and reporting to delivery escalations, and grow into the COO role.

Experience: You have owned operating results in a growing company across delivery, finance, people or compliance, typically with about 6+ years in operations or business management roles.

English: C1 or higher

Contract: Full-time, indefinite B2B contract with Radity; you invoice Radity monthly in USD.

Location: Remote from Türkiye, Ukraine, the rest of Europe and Latin America

Core hours: 09:00 - 18:00 CET, with evening overlap with US clients

The company

Radity is a Swiss-based software engineering company of 70+ people, fully remote and working mostly with US clients, many in insurance. It is founder-managed, with direct access to the CEO. Its teams build and run client platforms such as underwriting and agent portals, and the company is growing toward 200+ people. The next step is an operating model that scales: clear priorities, reporting, compliance and AI adoption across teams.

You join Radity's leadership team and report to the CEO. This is not an adviser or executive-assistant role: you own the results.

What you'll do

  1. Run the operating cadence: priorities, OKRs, weekly reviews and reporting.
  2. Prepare CEO decisions with data and options, then drive them through.
  3. Handle delivery issues and client escalations that reach the CEO.
  4. Plan budget, headcount and utilization with finance and HR.
  5. Keep compliance on track: SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
  6. Lead AI adoption and better tools across teams.
  7. Work directly with the CEO and team leads across time zones.

What you bring

  1. Hands-on operations work in at least three of: delivery, finance, people, compliance.
  2. Results you owned as an operator, with the target and the outcome, not only advice.
  3. Numbers behind decisions: baselines, methods and trade-offs.
  4. An operating cadence you have run, and what you kept or stopped.
  5. Written-first, remote work across time zones.
  6. Daily use of AI tools in your work and in the processes you run.
  7. Clear communication with senior leaders, including saying no with data.

Nice to have: SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR programs; software agency or staff-augmentation delivery.

Not for you if you prefer advising to owning results, or want an oversight-only role without hands-on work.

What Radity offers

  1. Indefinite contract: not tied to the end date of one project.
  2. Full equipment, paid AI tools and learning budget.
  3. Global Team events.
  4. Startup-style projects for established clients, with real influence on direction.
  5. Performance and salary reviews twice a year.
  6. A clear path to the COO role.

Hiring process

About 2-3 weeks in total, with no take-home task. After each step, you hear from us within 2 business days, with feedback.

  1. Intro call with Radity HR
  2. CEO interview
  3. Offer.

If we choose another candidate after you have passed our steps, you stay in our pool for other Radity roles.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Radity. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
