Graphic Designer / UI & UX Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / UI & UX Designer to lead the visual design of our digital platforms, branding initiatives, presentations, websites, dashboards, and mobile/web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design skills along with a good understanding of user experience and user interface design principles. Key Responsibilities Design user-friendly web and mobile application interfaces Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys Develop marketing creatives, social media content, brochures, and pitch decks Design intuitive dashboards for energy and sustainability analytics platforms Maintain and evolve the Elements Energy brand identity Collaborate closely with product, software, and business teams Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations Ensure consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field Fresher / 1 year of relevant experience Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic and digital product design Preferred Qualifications Experience designing SaaS products or analytics dashboards Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience working in startups What You'll Gain Opportunity to design products impacting sustainability and energy transition Direct interaction with founders and product teams Exposure to cutting-edge AI, IoT, and energy management platforms
