We are seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team. We expect our Graphic Designer to exhibit excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

What You’ll Need

• Proven Experience (3+ years preferred) in graphic design, ideally within corporate, accounting, finance, or professional services environments
• Strong design portfolio showcasing versatile skills in both digital and print media
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
• Solid grasp of typography, layout principles, and color theory
• Excellent runway for production - exporting print-ready files, optimizing images, preparing assets for web
• Detail-oriented and communicative, with ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with brand rollout and maintaining visual consistency
• Collaborative spirit: ability to take feedback, work across teams, and incorporate changes promptly
• Top-notch professionalism with staff in high pressure situations.
• Willing to work on night shift and hybrid work schedule (mostly remote work)

What You’ll Do

• Develop visually engaging design assets for both digital and print — including presentations, infographics, marketing materials, social media content, and annual reports
• Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and elevate our professional image
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, audit, tax) to understand project goals and creative requirements
• Conceptualize and pitch new marketing collateral ideas (web banners, email templates, event posters, e-newsletters)
• Prepare graphic files for print, ensuring color accuracy and layout consistency
• Assist in maintaining our visual asset library and managing digital artwork files
• Adhering to and communicating firm policies and procedures.
• Performing other job-related duties as required
