This is the Sign You’ve Been Looking For
Tired of designing for brands that don’t reflect your values? At KindWiseRich, we’re on a mission to change the narrative. Here, you’ll craft visuals that spread kindness, wisdom, and financial literacy—helping people live their best lives.

🌍 About Us

KindWiseRich is an international media company creating meaningful content for YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
🌍 Our team operates remotely across 12 countries - Ukraine, England, Ireland, Scotland , the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya and India - bringing diverse perspectives to everything we create.

🎯 Our Mission

To inspire, educate, and unite people globally with content that empowers them to grow kinder, wiser, and financially stronger.

👁️ Our Vision

We believe the world needs more than entertainment. We’re building a platform for educational content grounded in science, practicality, and accessibility.

🎨 The Role: Senior Graphic Designer

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll lead visual storytelling across platforms—bringing strategy, creativity, and brand cohesion into every pixel. Your work will not only look good—it’ll feel meaningful and move people.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Design bold, strategic visuals for social media, marketing, branding, and product assets

  • Develop and evolve visual systems to enhance our global brand identity

  • Collaborate with writers, editors, strategists, and motion designers to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives

  • Use data and feedback to iterate and improve designs for engagement and clarity

  • Mentor junior designers and foster creative collaboration

  • Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency

🧠 Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Canva

  • Proven experience creating high-performing assets for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)

  • Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, UX/UI basics, typography, layout, and color theory

  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visuals

  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams

  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus

  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-based design tools and creative workflows

💡 Who You Are

We value attitude and alignment over titles. You’re a perfect fit if you are:

  • Reliable – You deliver quality work on time

  • Positive – You make teamwork fun and easy

  • Transparent – You communicate honestly, in challenges or successes

  • Innovative – You embrace new tools and methods

🎁 What We Offer

  • A Better You: Grow kinder, wiser, and richer

  • Global Experience: Work with brilliant minds across cultures

  • Creative Freedom: Your ideas matter

  • Flexibility: Fully remote, set your own schedule

  • Growth-Focused: Learn and evolve with a supportive, award-winning team

📍 Our Conditions

  • Location: Remote

  • Commitment: 10–15 hours per week

  • Compensation: Volunteer (we’ll pay you as soon as we’re financially able)

☕ Our Hiring Process

We’re keeping it simple—just one informal, virtual coffee chat. Questions may include:

  • “What’s your favorite book?”

  • “Which social cause speaks to you most?”

📢 Please Read Carefully

This is a volunteer position—unpaid for now. We’re completely transparent that as we scale financially, paying our team is a top priority. If volunteering isn’t possible for you, we totally understand.

💭 Why Volunteer?

  • Creative Independence: We’ve chosen not to take investors so our mission remains pure

  • Meaningful Impact: You’re helping shape something lasting

  • Growth + Transparency: We grow together, and rewards follow

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Kindwiserich. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
