- Golang Mastery: You have hands-on experience writing high-quality code in Go, leveraging concurrency patterns, and building distributed, scalable systems.
- CS Fundamentals: Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, networking, operating systems, caching, and distributed systems. You won’t need to optimize sorting algorithms or reverse binary trees every day but understanding how computer systems work will help you design, implement, debug, and improve solutions effectively.
- Containers & Linux Know-How: You’re comfortable working with Linux-based environments and container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes to deploy and operate modern services.
- Builder’s Mindset: You’ve built and deployed reliable, maintainable applications at scale and know how to ensure code quality and performance.
- Eager Learner: You’re excited to continuously pick up new technologies across the cloud-native ecosystem - to keep your skills fresh.
