This role is perfect for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, with a deep understanding of machine learning models and generative techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning solutions to solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and generative algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products. Research and implement the latest advancements in machine learning and generative models. Analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model performance. Optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalability in a production environment. Continuously evaluate the performance of existing models and iterate to enhance their accuracy and robustness. Document technical specifications and methodologies for internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be working at UK hours (GMT and GMT+1). Work after hours if required to overlap UK times Preferred Skills: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and adversarial training techniques. Understanding of data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering. Ability to create visualizations and dashboards to present model results. Generative AI specific architectures, prompt engineering and fine-tuning Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • Proven experience (3+ years) in machine learning, deep learning, and generative modelling. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
