Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and React who can design, build, and deploy end-to-end web applications. You will play a key role in building tools and a user platform enhancing user engagement, and ensuring that our digital platforms are scalable, responsive, and visually compelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
  • Enhance and optimize the website and web pages, improving UI/UX and overall performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure the final output matches design.
  • Implement secure and efficient back-end services, APIs, and database integrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Take ownership of database management, DevOps (deployment, CI/CD, monitoring), and overall system performance.
  • Work on AI integrations and token optimization to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
  • Debug, test, and optimize web applications for speed and scalability.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js/Express.js.
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub).
  • Basic understanding of DevOps and deployment workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end development.


Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or similar).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to UI/UX principles & Shadcn
  • Experience with AI systems and cost/token optimization.

  • Prior experience building websites for startups or SaaS products.
