The developer will build, maintain, troubleshoot, and deploy web applications while supporting clients and mentoring team members. Must-Have Skills MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js SQL: Complex queries and database design AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS and deployment JavaScript Git: Branching, merging, pull requests, collaborative workflows Full-stack development: 6–10 years Strong debugging, testing, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams Strong communication, client support, and mentoring skills Nice-to-Have Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD and automation TypeScript Modern JavaScript frameworks AI-driven development/programming tools Insurance or claims industry experience Business/Project Exposure The role involves working on Risk Consulting solutions, potentially supporting Marsh clients, with projects involving: Application migrations Custom data analytics Insurance/claims-related solutions AWS-based application deployment and maintenance Client-facing technical support Ideal Candidate A senior MERN Full Stack Developer who combines strong React/Node/MongoDB + SQL + AWS experience with solid software engineering practices.
