Full Stack Developer (React JS) Location: Lahore, Pakistan ( Onsite) Salary: PKR 150,000 – 300,000/month (based on experience) About the Role We are hiring a Full Stack Developer (React JS) on behalf of our client in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and enjoys working across the full stack from front-end UI to back-end APIs and databases. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using React JS on the front end and Node.js (or equivalent) on the back end Build reusable, well-tested UI components and libraries for future use Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to support application functionality Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across devices and browsers Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models and queries Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development with React JS Strong proficiency in Node.js (or equivalent back-end framework) Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality Excellent communication and collaboration skills Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by sending their updated resume to: talent@sourcetek.co Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month Experience Full Stack : 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
