Full Stack Developer (NextJS, Claude Code)

Iyrix Tech is hiring a Full-Stack Developer (Next.js) who knows how to leverage AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to build, ship, and iterate fast. This role is less about typing code line-by-line and more about architecting systems well since ~95% of the code will be written via Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and open-source LLMs. If you're someone who uses AI as a force-multiplier not a crutch, and can turn ideas into working products quickly without sacrificing quality, this role is for you. The details Onsite: Lahore, Johar Town, Near Emporium Hours: 6pm to 3am Salary: 80k to 160k What you'll do Architect software systems and features across the stack using Next.js, React, and Node.js, designing the structure that AI tools will implement Use AI coding tools, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and open-source LLMs, as your primary way of writing code, day to day Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features based on product and user feedback Review, debug, refactor, and optimize AI-generated code for performance, security, and maintainability Write clear specs and prompts that guide AI tools toward clean, well-documented, testable code Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into shipped features fast Own features end-to-end, from architecture to planning to deployment to monitoring Fine-tune, train, or adapt LLM models for internal or product use cases Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows to improve team velocity What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong software architecture skills, able to design system structure, data flow, and technical decisions that AI tools then execute Solid, hands-on experience building with Next.js and the broader React/TypeScript ecosystem Demonstrated development experience using Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex this is a must, not a nice-to-have Comfortable working with open-source LLMs for coding tasks in addition to commercial tools Proven ability to ship fast without compromising code quality Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, able to catch and fix issues in AI-generated code Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and version control (Git) Bonus: experience building with LLMs/AI APIs directly (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) Bonus: experience training or fine-tuning LLM models (e.g., LoRA, fine-tuning pipelines, RAG systems) A builder's mindset, curious, resourceful, and not afraid to move fast and learn on the job Why join us?
