# Full Stack Developer (MERN / Python) – Automation & DevOps Experience Preferred

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN Stack and Python to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing APIs, automating workflows, and supporting DevOps processes. Experience with AI integrations, cloud platforms, and automation tools will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask). Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React.js. Design and optimize MongoDB databases. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and authentication systems. Automate business workflows and internal processes using Python and automation tools. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Follow security best practices and coding standards. Required Skills Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Git version control and collaborative development workflows. Database design and optimization. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker and Kubernetes . Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with Linux server administration. Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or custom Python automation. Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, or message queues. Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.). Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure automation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 2–5+ years of professional full-stack development experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
