What You'll be doing Take ownership of website and web application projects from planning through deployment and maintenance. Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js and related technologies. Build responsive, user-friendly and high-performance websites that deliver an excellent user experience. Develop and integrate secure APIs, backend services and third-party applications. Create and manage landing pages, service pages and CMS-driven website content. Implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance, speed and accessibility. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues to ensure reliability and stability. Work with databases, authentication systems and cloud deployment platforms. Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and development workflows. Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Maintain clean, scalable and well-documented code following industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Contribute ideas and technical recommendations that improve user experience, lead generation and overall business outcomes. What We're Looking For 1–2 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field. Proven experience building and deploying production-grade websites or web applications. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js and React. Experience with Node.js, REST APIs and backend development. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS and responsive web design. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB. Experience with authentication systems, API integrations and modern development workflows. Knowledge of website performance optimization, SEO best practices and web security principles. Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS or DigitalOcean. Comfortable using AI coding tools and development agents as part of daily development workflows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
