Customer Success Manager
Job Description
You will build a success function from scratch.
While this is exciting, we will be upfront: this role won't be easy. Zero to one is always difficult. There will be confusion and chaos. Of course, you will get help. We are in this together. But you have to decide if you are up for it, and that's what we'll test in our interactions.
But do not apply if you're looking for a remote role, it won't work out. Yes, we are transparent in our communication and feedback :)
Our platform:bizdeals.gonuclei.com (AWS drives our bulk of the business)
Who are you?
We want to hear your story around the skills below.
Bring a one-pager before our first conversation, sharing your ideas on how to build a great success function. What should we do, what should we avoid? You're welcome to use AI to brainstorm ideas, but the write-up itself should be in your own words, not AI-generated.

Who are you?
We want to hear your story around the skills below.
- Extreme ownership: Do you know the book? Why are you interested in the retention part of the business? What drives you? How will you demonstrate ownership?
- Problem solving: As the first person on the retention team, there won't be set processes. You will co-build with us. Observe the challenge, define the problem and probable solutions, and execute.
- Diligent and hard-working: I mean it.
- Think you don't have a topic to discuss with the customer. Will they still spend 10 minutes on a call with you? If yes, you know how to transcend a professional relationship.
- Learnability: You will have to understand what AWS is and learn a few technical concepts. Think about what you've learnt in the last 6 months.
- Communication: Good energy, voice modulation, fluency in English and Hindi. We mean it.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing customers, any role would do. It's okay if you don't have relevant work experience, as long as you want to learn how to build something from scratch.
