We are looking for an exceptional AI-native builder to help us create SplitStay’s internal AI systems.

This is not a traditional operations role.

This is not a traditional design role.

This is not a pure engineering role.

We are looking for someone who loves turning messy founder workflows into scalable AI-powered systems.

Your First Mission

Your first mission is to help build SplitStay’s internal AI Deck Generator.

Today, we create high-quality partnership decks manually for different event categories and strategic partners.

Examples:

• HYROX
• Comic-Con
• IMEX

The quality is already high.

The opportunity now is to automate this workflow.

Build systems that automate:

• investor decks
• proposals

Phase 2 — AI Content Engine

Build systems for:

• landing pages
• event pages
• outreach messaging
• marketing assets

Phase 3 — Internal AI Infrastructure

Help build:

• automation pipelines
• internal tools
• AI workflows
• repeatable content systems
