Join us to take your career journey to the next level! #ProudlyCCI Position Name: Field Sales Executive Job Type: Permanent Location: Bangladesh Job Identification: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company product portfolio within a designated geography or industry. The role focuses on achieving personal sales targets, developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and resolving specific customer issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the company’s products, their features, and the relevant market dynamics. What We Expect: Ensure volume and revenue achievement by effectively leading the assigned team (Presellers, Merchandisers, Hot Sellers, etc.)Continuously monitor performance gaps and implement timely corrective actions to meet or exceed targetsFoster strong and sustainable customer relationships through active collaboration, regular check-ins, personalized engagement, and strategic problem-solvingAddress customer concerns proactively with tailored support and timely resolutions to drive long-term loyalty and business growth.Expand the customer base by identifying the total customer portfolio using EOS Conduct regular visits to non-partnered outlets to drive engagement and conversion with CCI and its distributorsOversee the deployment and management of market assets, ensuring optimal utilization of company resources such as coolers, glassware, shelving, signage, and activation materials. Monitor asset efficiency, ensure compliance, and promote best practices for sustainable market developmentEnhance market execution quality by identifying opportunities in line with CCI’s commercial and marketing guidelinesMonitor and track the penetration of top-performing SKUs in the market, ensuring alignment with channel strategies, the Picture of Success framework, and outlet segmentationExecute planned daily calls and spend significant in-market time. Provide regular coaching and support to presellers to enhance their performance and in-market effectivenessDevelop and implement structured training and development programs, including onboarding, on-the-job training (OJT), and other capability-building initiativesConduct regular performance evaluations to support continuous team development and operational efficiency.
