Position: Dealer Operations Associate Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Location: Cebu City Salary Offer: Php 35,000 - Php 40,000 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Work Set Up: Work on Site Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in, Marketing, Sales, and or Business Management related field. At least 2–4 years of solid experience in Field Sales, After Sales, or Territory Management. Experience in the automotive industry or dealer network operations. Emendable to work onsite. Amendable to start as soon as possible. Job Responsibilities: Monitor dealer sales targets and lead local marketing/sales activities to grow Honda’s market share in the Visayas. Work with service managers to improve workshop throughput, parts inventory, and customer satisfaction scores. Conduct regular audits and "Business Health Checks" to ensure dealers are profitable and following Honda’s global standards While reporting to the Cebu Office, you will travel to various dealerships across the Visayas region to provide on-site support.
