We are currently partnering with a leading international business group to recruit an experienced Executive Business Partner to support its Chairman & Group CEO.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this strategic position offers the opportunity to work directly alongside the Chairman & Group CEO of a multinational organisation operating across multiple continents, with a presence in more than 90 countries worldwide.

As a trusted advisor and key point of coordination, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business priorities, facilitating executive decision-making and driving strategic initiatives across the Group.
The Role
As Executive Business Partner, you will act as the primary strategic support to the Chairman & Group CEO, ensuring the effective management of priorities, stakeholder relationships and key business objectives.
You will contribute to enhancing executive effectiveness by coordinating strategic projects, preparing high-level communications, monitoring business initiatives and ensuring alignment across multiple business units and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman & Group CEO's complex calendar, meetings, international travel and stakeholder engagements.
- Act as the key liaison between the Chairman & Group CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Drive the execution and follow-up of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of actions and deliverables.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing papers, speeches and high-level correspondence.
- Attend executive meetings, business engagements and international visits, documenting key discussions, decisions and action points.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, corporate priorities and special assignments.
- Conduct business research, market analysis and stakeholder intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, regional offices and international business units.
- Monitor progress against strategic priorities and ensure accountability for key action items.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost professionalism, discretion and integrity.
- Proactively identify operational risks and business challenges while recommending practical solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Economics, Finance, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting CEOs, Chairpersons, Managing Directors, C-suite executives or senior leadership teams.
- Previous experience in Executive Office Management, Business Management, Corporate Affairs, Project Coordination or similar strategic support functions.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of commercial, operational and strategic business environments.
- Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience within multinational organisations, international trade, commodities, manufacturing or FMCG sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
- Availability to travel internationally as required.
