Event Logistics & A/V Coordinator

The John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, FL, is seeking an events assistant to manage venue logistics for a range of events. You will move and arrange tables, chairs, lighting, and related gear around the Ringling campus while setting up and operating A/V equipment. You’ll ensure timely preparation and teardown, coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff, and uphold event policies for safety and conduct.
