As the only five-star accredited chamber in the region, SWFL Inc. is proud to be among the top 1% of chambers nationwide.Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Estero, FL. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of chamber events, including networking programs, workshops, and special community initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing vendor and venue relationships, overseeing registrations, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees and sponsors. The Event Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and community partners to promote events, support membership engagement, and align event programming with organizational goals. This position also involves tracking event performance, maintaining accurate records, and providing post-event reports and feedback.QualificationsStrong Event Planning and Event Management skills for organizing programs, managing timelines, and coordinating logistics.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with members, sponsors, vendors, and community partners.Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with office productivity tools and event management or CRM software.Detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills and a focus on high-quality attendee experiences.Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, nonprofit, or business community organizations preferred.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
