Job description

Location: Remote within the United States (Eligible applicants must be physically based within the US.)
Time Commitment: This is a project-based position with defined deliverables; time commitment per week during the project duration may vary.

Organization Overview

The Elba Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization. At our heart lies a steadfast commitment to sustainable progress and better futures for Africans and the African Diaspora through the interconnected tools of agriculture, conservation, food security, education, youth advocacy, and social justice. Our mission is to drive transformative change by fostering innovation, empowering communities, and forming strategic partnerships that will have a lasting impact on these sectors, both today and for future generations.

Position Overview

Your role will focus on:

  • Owning the day-to-day delivery of EHF's 2026 End of Year Campaign and turning the existing strategy into a clear, executable Asana workplan.
  • Coordinating EHF team members, creative partners, and vendors so work moves forward on schedule, outstanding inputs are chased, and blockers are resolved quickly.
  • Managing production of campaign content and collateral across digital, donor-facing, and physical channels.
  • Building repeatable campaign systems, assets, and learnings that EHF can carry into 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Translate the existing EOY campaign plan and Executive Director direction into a master roadmap in Asana with owners, deadlines, dependencies, and approval points.
  • Maintain the Asana tracker as the source of truth and actively follow up on outstanding inputs, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Run a weekly campaign coordination meeting and surface blockers, risks, and decisions before they affect the campaign timeline.
  • Manage the campaign schedule through January follow-up activity and keep the work focused on one coherent institutional story across visibility, stewardship, and fundraising moments.

Content, Creative & Vendor Production

  • Manage production across email, social, web, campaign landing pages, the year-end newsletter, Impact Report, EOY recap content, donor materials, and gifting.
  • Prepare creative briefs and coordinate graphic designers, video editors, printers, fulfillment vendors, and other production partners.
  • Collect and organize required campaign inputs, including impact data, program updates, photography, video, copy, and donor information.
  • Draft or refine campaign copy as needed, consolidate feedback, manage revision rounds, and ensure final materials are proofed, approved, and delivered on time.

Donor & Fundraising Coordination

  • Work with EHF's Development Assistant and Development team on individual-giving tests, Giving Tuesday, audience segmentation, donor messaging, acknowledgements, and follow-up.
  • Work with Operations to confirm donation links, landing pages, campaign tracking, UTMs or equivalent attribution, and reporting are ready before launch.
  • Support a light-touch introduction of Friends of Hope during the campaign without turning it into a full launch.
  • Coordinate EOY gifting production, including recipient inputs, notes or inscriptions, approvals, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment milestones.

Reporting & Handoff

  • Provide a concise weekly status update covering completed work, next milestones, outstanding approvals, blockers, risks, and decisions required.
  • Track agreed campaign measures and document which messages, audiences, channels, and creative approaches performed most effectively.
  • Submit a final campaign wrap report with results, lessons learned, reusable assets and systems, and recommendations for 2027.
  • Complete a final debrief and hand back campaign files, trackers, templates, and vendor information in an organized format.

Major Deliverables

  • Master campaign roadmap and live Asana tracker
  • Integrated campaign messaging and content calendar
  • End-of-year giving campaign and approved individual-giving tests, including Giving Tuesday
  • Donation pathway and landing-page coordination
  • Year-end newsletter, Impact Report, and EOY recap or 'EHF Wrapped' content
  • Private donor and partner messaging and EOY gifting coordination
  • Organized campaign asset bank, reusable templates, and documented workflows
  • Final campaign report and 2027 recommendations

Timeline, Reporting & Working Model

  • Project-based, flat-fee engagement beginning as soon as possible in October 2026 and continuing through January 2027. Fee will be based on final scope of work ($4,000 - $4,500 total).
  • First priority: convert the existing campaign brief into the final Asana operating plan and establish the campaign critical path.
  • Weekly virtual coordination meeting, written status update, and live Asana tracker throughout the engagement.
  • The Campaign Manager owns execution, production management, coordination, and follow-through. The role does not own EHF's broader development strategy, donor relationship management, or ongoing stewardship program, and is not expected to serve as the primary graphic designer or video editor.
  • EHF retains final approval over organizational positioning, donor strategy, material budget or scope changes, and high-risk external communications. Within agreed guardrails, the Campaign Manager is expected to move routine execution forward without repeated approval.

Prepare your application

Use the description above to assess your fit for Elba Hope Foundation. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.

Match requirements to evidence

Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.

Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.

Check the working arrangement

Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.

Review before submitting

Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.

Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.

Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
