Job Description

About Lyzr AI

Lyzr AI is an enterprise-grade AI architecture platform empowering organizations to build, deploy, and scale secure, agentic AI workflows. We are looking for a high-impact Email Marketing Manager to own our outbound lifecycle, nurture pathways, and account-based marketing (ABM) engines. If you are a data-driven marketer who loves crafting compelling narratives and understands how to move enterprise prospects through a complex technical sales cycle, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

  • Role: Email Marketing Manager
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years
  • Location: Bengaluru, India (or Remote/Hybrid depending on company policy)
  • Department: Growth & Marketing

Core Responsibilities (Must-Have)

  • End-to-End Content & Copywriting: Strategize, write, and execute high-converting cold outreach sequences, highly engaging editorial newsletters, and highly personalized account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to executive buyers.
  • Deep Domain Fluency: Develop a strong, nuanced understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents space to communicate Lyzr’s technical value proposition authentically.
  • Funnel Optimization & Pipeline Management: Map and optimize the customer journey and enterprise sales processes. Design targeted nurture workflows to successfully re-engage and move stalled pipeline leads.
  • Multi-Touch Orchestration: Coordinate and manage cohesive prospecting touchpoints across interconnected channels—including LinkedIn, email execution, and targeted paid ads—to create a unified omni-channel experience.
  • Workflow Automation & Lead Gen: Design, launch, and monitor automated marketing and sales workflows within our CRM/marketing automation stack to predictably generate high-quality pipeline, MQLs, and booked meetings.

Leadership & Culture (Good-to-Have)

  • Team Management: Capable of supervising, mentoring, and scaling a lean team of 1–2 junior marketing operations or content associates.
  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to take complete ownership of the email channel, bring fresh operational playbooks to the table, and report pipeline impact directly to leadership.
  • Culture Fit: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment. Possesses strong intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a bias for execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech enterprise environment.
  • Exceptional portfolio of written B2B copywriting (outreach sequences, newsletters, or pitch materials).
  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Apollo, or Lemlist) and CRM hygiene.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize email deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and pipeline contribution.
