Website Content & Product Publishing Manager About ESCO Electronic Security Company (ESCO) partners with global leaders in security and communication systems, including Hikvision, ITC, and Bosch. We deliver advanced surveillance, access control, and integrated security solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients across Pakistan. About the role We're looking for an in-house resource to publish and maintain our online product catalog and keep our websites current. Most of the ongoing work is Odoo product publishing: taking content from manufacturer pages or catalogs, rewriting it into original SEO-friendly copy, and building it into attractive, on-brand product pages using the theme's blocks and features — including embedded YouTube videos. Our three WordPress sites are largely static and need only occasional updates. This suits someone who works mostly from the front-end/website-builder side but understands enough of how these platforms work to build clean, consistent pages. Part-time to flexible hours, ideal for someone who prefers working directly with a small team rather than through an agency. Key responsibilities Publish and update products on our Odoo website — rewritten SEO-friendly descriptions, metadata, categories, images, attributes, and embedded videos.Design product pages using Odoo theme blocks and features for a polished, consistent look.Maintain and update three WordPress sites and company profile pages as needed.Prepare images: crop, resize, optimize, and create simple banners and thumbnails.Apply on-page SEO best practices for titles, meta descriptions, and alt text.QA pages and forms for broken links, functionality, and user experience issues.Handle plugin updates, routine backups, and keep a simple change log.Required skills Hands-on experience with Odoo website builder, WordPress page builders (Elementor/Gutenberg), or similar CMS platforms.Ability to rewrite technical product content into clear, original, SEO-friendly copy.Basic HTML/CSS for minor layout tweaks.Competence with Photoshop, Affinity Photo, or Canva for image preparation.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Portfolio or examples of previous work preferred.Nice to have SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math) and Google Analytics.Basic understanding of DNS, hosting panels, and SSL.Familiarity with staging or versioning workflows.Work arrangement Light, variable monthly workload; flexible hours.Remote friendly with occasional on-site meetings.Contract or permanent options considered.What we offer Hands-on role with direct impact on company presence.Collaborative small-team environment.Opportunity to grow responsibilities as needs increase.
