Job Description: We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join a busy restaurant in Dahlonega, GA. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to cleanliness and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspaces. • Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly. • Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a safe and clean work environment. • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, storage areas, and kitchen equipment. • Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies. • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed. • Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other assigned duties. • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. • Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly. • Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of the restaurant team. Qualifications: • Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Must be able to work the scheduled shift, including weekends. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
