Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can help businesses grow through strong digital marketing strategies across social media, email, websites, and paid ads.
This role focuses on increasing leads, sales, and brand awareness through well-planned and data-driven campaigns.
Primary Goal
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase revenue.
Manage both paid and organic strategies while ensuring all campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audiences, and opportunities
- Create content calendars for social media, email, and other digital channels
- Define KPIs and track campaign performance
- Improve customer acquisition and retention strategies across channels
Content & Campaign Execution
- Create, manage, and publish content across social media, website, and email
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and track ROI
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creatives for campaign assets
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor performance data and optimize campaigns for better results
- Run A/B tests to improve conversions and engagement
- Manage SEO strategies and website performance
- Provide reports and insights to leadership
Brand Growth
- Strengthen brand messaging across all digital channels
- Identify and explore growth opportunities on emerging platforms
Experience Required
- 3+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Strong experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns
- Hands-on experience in both paid and organic marketing
