Role Overview
Globeducate Canada is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activity across its three Canadian school brands: Toronto Prep School, Blyth Academy, and The Clover School.
The role will support both digital marketing and general marketing initiatives, with a focus on lead generation, paid advertising, social media, content creation, campaign reporting, and visual asset development. The successful candidate should be comfortable running Google Ads and Meta Ads, creating marketing visuals, and supporting school-level marketing activity across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across all three brands.
- Support lead-generation campaigns, open house promotions, enrolment campaigns, and school events.
- Create digital and print marketing assets, including social media graphics, ads, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and event materials.
- Use design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms to create branded visuals.
- Draft, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics such as leads, conversions, cost per lead, engagement, and campaign results.
- Coordinate with school teams to collect stories, photos, videos, testimonials, student achievements, and campus updates.
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, brand-aligned, and consistent across all schools.
- Support website and landing page updates, campaign tracking, and digital lead-generation activity.
- Work with admissions teams to align marketing campaigns with enrolment priorities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, printers, designers, and school teams as required.
- Maintain organized marketing files, campaign reports, creative assets, and shared resources.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, communications, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience creating visual marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital campaigns, lead generation, and campaign reporting.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across different brands.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar platforms is an asset.
- Experience in education, private schools, admissions, or student recruitment marketing is an asset.

Reporting Line
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing & Admission, Canada and work closely with school leadership, admissions teams, and external partners.
Location
This is a hybrid, Toronto-based role, with travel to Globeducate Canada school campuses and events as required.

Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000 CAD per year
