This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure across key areas of digital marketing, with the potential for long-term career growth based on performance. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and maintaining social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Support content creation tasks, such as writing engaging captions and developing basic creatives. Schedule and publish posts, while actively engaging with online audiences to increase engagement and enhance brand presence. Contribute to both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Learn and assist with SEO initiatives, Google Ads campaigns, and performance analytics. Conduct market research, analyze trends, hashtags, and monitor competitor activities to inform campaign strategy. Assist in reporting and tracking the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Requirements Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms. Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Google Ads (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
