Desktop Support Specialist - Windows, SCCM & Intune

Sharp Brains is seeking an Onsite Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-to-end hardware, software, and connectivity support for desktop devices. The role involves lifecycle management, remote support, and VIP site coverage in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of onsite support experience, strong Windows OS knowledge, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune. Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Active Directory is preferred.
