About Us:
Pacvue is the leading Commerce Operating System, unifying retail media, commerce management, and advanced measurement across 100+ global marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart. Through Pacvue and Helium 10, our enterprise and SMB platforms, we empower over 70,000 brands, agencies, and sellers with AI-driven insights and technology to win in today’s rapidly evolving commerce landscape.
At Pacvue and Helium 10, great careers don’t just happen — they’re built. Here, you’ll rise as an industry leader, push the boundaries of innovation, own your journey, and thrive as part of an inclusive global community that’s redefining the future of commerce.
About the role:
You’ll join our marketing team as the hands-on builder and systems owner behind our lifecycle and demand generation programs, partnering closely with the rest of the marketing team to turn strategy into flawless execution. This role owns the technical execution layer, including HubSpot and Salesforce campaign builds, QA, attribution, and reporting, and also plays an active, hands-on role in lifecycle marketing itself, not just backend support for others. You’ll bring a growth marketing mindset to the role: analyzing campaign and funnel data, forming testing hypotheses, and running A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve conversion. You’ll also support sales follow-up on engaged leads and accounts, helping keep momentum going after meetings and events to ensure a flawless handoff.Success in this role looks like clean, trusted campaign execution and attribution, plus a growing cadence of data-backed test results that measurably improve conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end technical build of email and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, including audience/list segmentation, workflow logic, dynamic content, form and landing page setup.
- Write and edit email copy for nurture and campaign sends, in addition to building and maintaining the underlying workflows in HubSpot, translating campaign and lifecycle strategy into working automation.
- Own UTM taxonomy, campaign tagging, and tracking setup to ensure clean, consistent attribution across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Serve as the primary QA owner for all campaign builds — testing links, personalization tokens, workflow logic, and rendering prior to launch.
- Own backend campaign reporting: build and maintain channel-level dashboards and pull performance data to give the team clear visibility into campaign performance.
- Support sales follow-up on engaged leads and accounts, including Gong call flows, thank-you emails, and follow-up sales materials, to help keep momentum going after meetings and events.
- Dig into campaign, email, and landing page performance data to spot conversion opportunities and drop-off points, and bring data-backed testing suggestions to the team.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests (e.g., using VWO) on landing pages and email programs, and report out results and recommendations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to templatize and streamline recurring builds for scale.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on, expert-level experience building and managing campaigns in HubSpot, along with working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Deep, demonstrable technical fluency in marketing automation, workflows, lists/segmentation, forms, dynamic content, and UTM/attribution setup.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting and identifying areas for improvement.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data to form testing hypotheses; experience running A/B or multivariate tests with a tool like VWO, Optimizely, or HubSpot's native A/B testing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a QA mindset; comfortable owning quality control for campaigns built by others on the team.
- Strong email copywriting skills. Comfortable writing and editing clear, on-brand nurture and campaign copy, not just building the emails.
- Familiarity with Gong or similar sales enablement tools is a plus.
Benefits:
- Flexible Paid Time Off
- Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays
- Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA with employer contribution, Life Insurance and Pet Insurance
- 401k with Employer Match
- Take up to 2 Days of Paid Time Off to Volunteer with a 501c Organization
- Paid Parental Leave
- Company-subsidized membership to Wellhub and Peloton
- Fertility and family-building support through Carrot

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for Pacvue. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
