Data Analyst - US Last Mile Operations

Position: Data Analyst – US Last Mile Logistics Operations Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi Rotational Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM & 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (6 Days a Week) We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst – US Last Mile Logistics Operations to support our US-based logistics clients by analyzing operational data, monitoring key performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Operations Analytics, preferably within US logistics or last-mile delivery operations. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational performance metrics. Monitor and analyze key logistics KPIs, including delivery performance, route efficiency, and operational productivity. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate meaningful business insights. Coordinate with internal teams and US-based stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Good English communication and stakeholder management skills.
