About the Job

The Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for eliminating manual reporting and data-gathering work across the organization by developing repeatable reporting processes, automating data collection, and delivering actionable business insights.

This role serves as the bridge between operations, finance, and leadership by transforming data from multiple systems into meaningful information that supports decision-making. Over time, this individual will help develop dashboards, automated scorecards, and AI-enabled reporting solutions that improve visibility and accountability throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recurring financial and operational reporting packages, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate data from multiple systems including EMRs, payroll, accounting, and other operational
• platforms.
• Develop and maintain KPI scorecards for leadership, branch managers, and operational teams.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis through data collection and reporting.
• Automate recurring reports and reduce manual spreadsheet work through Excel, Power Query, AI tools, and other automation solutions.
• Develop standardized reporting processes and documentation to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Create and distribute operational performance reports that provide actionable insights to managers and leaders.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Support system transitions, reporting enhancements, and future business intelligence initiatives.
• Research and implement innovative methods for delivering information to operational leaders, including AI-assisted reporting, automated summaries, dashboards, and digital scorecards.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years experience supporting US based client.
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, financial analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, and data manipulation.
• Experience extracting, analyzing, and reporting data from Axxess EMR or other Healthcare EMR/Reporting Systems.
• Experience working with healthcare operational and financial data.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple systems and sources.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau and SQL, AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
