Data Analyst MIS & Analytics

Role Overview We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our MIS & Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of experience in data analytics within a FinTech, NBFC, or Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to convert large volumes of data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights. Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Drive process improvements through automation and enhanced reporting methodologies. Desired Candidate Profile 23 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, or a similar role. Prior experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Asset Reconstruction Company (preferred). Strong understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, data validation, and data management. Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and other analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Advanced), Power Query, or similar BI platforms. Familiarity with databases, data warehousing concepts, and reporting frameworks is an advantage. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a clear and concise manner.
