Job Description
We are looking for skilled, analytical, and client-oriented Data Analysts with strong SQL expertise and a good understanding of Python and Spark. This role focuses on translating customer business, reporting, and data-analysis requirements into accurate, scalable technical solutions.
You will work closely with Customer Success Managers within the Technical Delivery team to understand requirements and develop custom reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, configurations, and other platform-based solutions. You will also collaborate with Product Engineering and Design teams to evaluate technical approaches, resolve platform challenges, and ensure smooth execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data analysis, SQL, technical problem-solving, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients and Customer Success Managers to understand business, reporting, and technical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
- Act as a bridge between clients, Customer Success, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and successful execution.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, and other platform-based solutions to address customer business and data-analysis needs.
- Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries against complex relational data models to support reporting, data analysis, and customer requirements.
- Use Python and Spark, where appropriate, to support data transformation, reporting, and specialized technical solutions.
- Configure platform features, workflows, integrations, and reporting components based on defined requirements.
- Analyze source data and existing configurations to identify the most effective and scalable implementation approach.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical feasibility, identify dependencies, and define implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Design teams to investigate platform limitations, troubleshoot technical issues, document requirements, and validate fixes or workarounds.
- Test and quality-check reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, and configurations before delivery.
- Create technical documentation, solution notes, data-lineage documentation, and reusable implementation patterns.
- Manage multiple solution requests, prioritize effectively, communicate progress and risks, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Ensure all deliverables align with customer expectations, business objectives, and technical requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Engineering graduates only.
- Strong SQL skills are mandatory, including the ability to write and optimize queries against complex relational data models.
- Good knowledge of Python and Spark.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, including data-lineage diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and business-process flows.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and issues clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients, understanding their requirements, and discussing technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize competing tasks, and take ownership of issues through resolution.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with version-control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and databases such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and integrations, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Eloqua.
- Experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, data integrations, reporting solutions, or technical support.
What Will Help You Succeed
- A curious, methodical, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to translate complex data concepts into practical solutions and clear explanations.
- Comfort investigating ambiguous issues, forming hypotheses, testing solutions, and documenting findings.
- Strong ownership, proactive communication, and organization when managing competing priorities.
- A customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
- An interest in growing a career in data analytics, technical delivery, technical support, customer success, or revenue technology.
Why Join Integrate?
- Work on a technically challenging B2B SaaS product supporting marketing and revenue operations.
- Gain exposure to customer data models, marketing technology, integrations, analytics, and business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Account Services, and Business Intelligence.
- Build a career at the intersection of data, technology, and customer outcomes.
- Join a collaborative environment that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Important: Strong SQL expertise is a critical requirement for this role. Candidates must also possess good communication skills and be comfortable working in the US shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).

Prepare your application
Use the description above to assess your fit for Integrate. This checklist is guidance from Resumize, rather than additional requirements from the employer. Imported listings can be shortened or change after collection, so confirm the complete description and current availability before sending an application.
Match requirements to evidence
Identify the responsibilities and skills the employer explicitly names. For each important requirement, choose one example from your work, education, training, or projects. Explain what you did, how you did it, and what changed as a result. Include a measurable outcome when you can support it. If you lack a requirement, describe related experience accurately instead of adding an unfamiliar skill to your resume.
Put the most relevant examples near the top of your resume. Keep job titles, dates, qualifications, and contact details consistent across your application materials. Use the employer’s terminology when it describes your experience accurately; a copied list of keywords does not explain your contribution. A short, specific bullet is easier to review than a paragraph that mixes several unrelated duties.
Check the working arrangement
Confirm the location, schedule, employment type, and any eligibility requirements on the employer’s site. A remote label does not establish worldwide eligibility or flexible hours. If compensation, benefits, equipment, travel, or contract duration are missing from this listing, write down your questions for the recruiter. Do not assume details from another opening at the same company apply to this role.
Review before submitting
Follow the employer’s requested file format and application instructions. Open your exported resume and check that its text is selectable, its sections read in order, and its links work. Proofread names, dates, and contact information. Share confidential work samples only when you have permission, and use an anonymized example when necessary.
Submit through a trusted employer or recruiting destination. If the original listing has disappeared, search the employer’s careers page for the title rather than assuming the vacancy remains open. Save the application date, job reference, and the version of your resume you sent. Those details help you prepare for a later conversation and avoid submitting conflicting information through several job boards.
Review your resume for writing and readability feedback, or browse other openings if this opportunity is unavailable.
