Data Analyst

The Role

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports for clients to make smarter business decisions.

• Partner directly with clients to understand their reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable data products.

• Develop a deep understanding of data models and pipelines to confidently explain results and guide clients.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery and rapidly prototype new dashboard concepts.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams on platform and data migration initiatives.

• Document data sources, business logic, and report definitions for clear stakeholder understanding.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Hands-on experience writing SQL to query, join, and aggregate data from relational databases.

• Proven experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Experience working with relational databases and/or cloud data warehouses.

• Experience in a customer-facing or stakeholder-facing role, gathering requirements and presenting findings.

• Experience using AI tools for product discovery, rapid prototyping, or accelerating analytics work.
