The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst (AI & Claude Specialist) to support our business through data analysis, reporting, and AI-powered automation. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, improving internal processes, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions.

This is not a reporting-only role. We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience using Claude professionally to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business, sales, recruiting, campaign, and operational data
• Build and maintain dashboards that track company KPIs and performance
• Use Claude daily to automate analysis, generate reports, clean datasets, and improve workflows
• Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data
• Create reporting models using Excel and Google Sheets
• Identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
• Automate repetitive reporting and business processes using AI
• Maintain accurate and organized datasets across internal systems
• Work closely with leadership to provide actionable business insights
• Support AI and automation initiatives across the company

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, operations, or a related field
• Professional experience using Claude is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms
• Python experience is a strong plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written English
• Availability during US business hours

Contract & Compensation

• Independent contractor role
• USD $500 USD per month, paid monthly
